The hotel is clean, convenient and has marvellous location to the falls. The stuff are welcoming and the room is brand-new with a balcony.

View was nice, breakfast was savoury, and beds were extremely comfy. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. The hotel had a central location and it was within walking distance of Niagara Falls Imax Theatre. We loved our stay here

Disappointing aspect was dirty bathroom.

I had a well-kept room in this fairly clean hotel. The continental breakfast was tasty with a juice in a bag, loved it. The staff were accommodating, tried to make the stay a FAIRLY NICE experience. Quick check-in was a bonus.

Think that this ideal hotel is beyond compare, really enjoyed it. Designer and beautiful rooms, wonderful staff. All in all it's spotless place, they have big beds. Friendly reception.
